Vines Concrete Solutions is a new, owner-operated concrete company in Tampa. Free estimates, fixed written pricing, and the owner on site for every single job — because right now, every job is our reputation.
We'd rather tell you up front than have you find out from our Google page. Vines Concrete Solutions LLC is a brand-new company. We don't have a decade of reviews or a photo library of a thousand driveways yet.
Here's what we do have — and why several of these are things an established company genuinely can't offer you.
Ezra Vines walks every estimate and works every pour. You're not getting a salesman on the front end and a stranger on the back end. You get the person whose name is on the LLC.
A large outfit running twelve crews can absorb one unhappy customer. We can't, and we don't want to. Every early job we do is a reference we'll be leaning on for years.
The 200 sq ft patio, the two cracked sidewalk panels, the single settled slab — the jobs bigger companies won't return your call about. We'll quote them.
No six-week backlog. Estimates typically within 1–2 business days and work scheduled around what actually works for you.
No call center, no dispatch queue, no "your project manager will reach out." One number, one owner, one point of contact from quote to warranty.
Sandy subgrade, heavy rain, root heave, and relentless sun — Tampa concrete fails in specific ways. We build and repair for the conditions we actually work in.
Targeted fixes that cost a fraction of a full tear-out when the slab is still structurally sound.
Full demo, haul-off, base prep and repour when a slab is too far gone to save.
New driveways, widenings, RV pads and aprons poured to hold up under real load.
Outdoor living surfaces that drain correctly and stay cool enough to walk on.
ADA-compliant public walks and residential paths, permitted and inspected.
Structural slab work, footers and additions coordinated with your engineer or builder.
Property managers, HOAs and small businesses — scheduled around your operating hours.
Finishes that look intentional instead of industrial — without the paver price tag.
We're building our portfolio and our review history from zero. If you'll let us photograph the finished work and leave an honest review — good or bad — we'll take care of you on the front end.
Mention "Founding Customer" on your quote request.
Ezra founded Vines Concrete Solutions in Tampa after [NUMBER] years working concrete in the field — pouring, finishing, tearing out and repairing other people's work.
He started the company for a simple reason: he kept getting called out to fix jobs that failed because someone skipped the prep. Bad base, no reinforcement, joints in the wrong place, water pitched toward the house instead of away from it.
Vines is built around doing that part right, even when it's the part nobody sees. It's a new company. It is not a new trade.
From your first call to final cure, you'll always know what's happening next and who's showing up.
Submit the quote form or call. Ezra responds the same business day and asks enough questions to know what we're walking into.
We measure, check drainage and subgrade, photograph problem areas, and explain repair vs. replacement honestly.
Line-item scope, materials, finish, timeline and price — emailed within 48 hours. Valid 30 days.
Site protected, work completed, area cleaned. We return to check cure and hand over your warranty and care sheet.
We're a new company, so we're building this gallery one job at a time — and every photo here will be our own work, not stock imagery or someone else's project.
Want to see relevant work before you commit? Ask on your estimate — Ezra can walk you through photos of comparable jobs he's personally completed in the field.
Plenty of brand-new contractor websites launch with a wall of five-star testimonials from people who don't exist. We're not doing that.
This section stays empty until real Tampa customers leave real reviews. When they do, they'll appear here with names and neighborhoods attached — and we'll link straight to our Google profile so you can verify every one.
Already worked with us? Leaving an honest review — even a critical one — helps us more than you'd think. Send it here or post it to Google.
Your written quote is fixed. If we misjudge something, that's our cost to eat — not a change order handed to you after the concrete's already broken up.
If a repair genuinely solves your problem, we'll quote the repair — even though the tear-out and repour pays us several times more.
Two-year written workmanship warranty. If something we did fails inside that window, we return and make it right at no charge. No argument, no runaround.
Based in Tampa, working throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. Not sure if you're in range? Ask — we'll tell you straight.
Fair question, and you shouldn't hire anyone on faith. Here's what you can verify today: we're licensed and insured (we'll send you the certificate before you sign anything), the owner performs your estimate and works your job personally, your price is fixed in writing, and you get a two-year written workmanship warranty. What we can't offer yet is a long review history — which is exactly why we're pricing our early jobs aggressively and why we'd rather lose a bid than botch one.
Rule of thumb: if cracks are under about ¼", the slab isn't rocking underfoot, and the base is intact, repair is usually the better value. Widespread spalling, multiple settled sections, or a compromised subgrade generally means replacement. We give you our honest read on site — and we quote both options when it's a close call.
Most residential replacement runs roughly $9–$16 per square foot depending on thickness, reinforcement, demo, access and finish. Repairs commonly land between $450 and $2,500. Decorative finishes add cost. Every quote is fixed and in writing after an on-site visit — we don't do phone guesses.
Foot traffic after 24–48 hours, passenger vehicles at 7 days, heavy vehicles and full design strength at 28 days. Florida heat speeds early cure but doesn't change the 28-day rule — we'll leave you a written cure schedule.
Yes — licensed in Florida and carrying general liability plus workers' compensation. We provide a certificate of insurance with every proposal, and you're welcome to verify our license directly through the Florida DBPR license lookup before you hire us. We'd encourage it.
Yes. Sidewalks, driveway aprons, right-of-way work and structural slabs typically require permits in the City of Tampa and Hillsborough County. We handle applications, fees and inspections as part of the scope.
Sandy subgrade that shifts, an extreme wet/dry cycle, tree root pressure, and slabs poured too thin without proper control joints. Prep and jointing prevent far more cracking than mix strength does.
Because we're new, our schedule is genuinely open — that's one real advantage we have right now. Estimates are typically scheduled within 1–2 business days, and most work can start within the week.
Two years on our workmanship — cracking from improper base prep, jointing or finishing, and any installation defect. It does not cover damage from tree roots planted after the pour, vehicle loads beyond the slab's rated design, or acts of nature. You get the full terms in writing with your proposal, before you pay anything.
Fill this out and Ezra will call you back the same business day to schedule a free on-site estimate. The more detail you give, the more accurate our first conversation is.
Small cracks turn into failed slabs, and failed slabs turn into trip hazards and liability. Get a free, honest assessment from the owner himself.
